Kevin is the founder of Jones Law, an experienced trust and structuring lawyer practising in New Zealand and qualified in three jurisdictions – New Zealand, England and Wales and South Africa. Kevin is also an experienced conflict resolution lawyer and is an Associate member of the Arbitrators’ and Mediators’ Institute of New Zealand Inc. (“AMINZ”)
Kevin has considerable experience both locally and internationally in the structuring of local and overseas clients’ affairs. As well as designing and implementing structures, Kevin acts as trustee for numerous local and offshore trusts, providing ongoing advice and assistance within this complex area of law.
Kevin previously managed the Auckland Trust Focus Group of an international big four accounting firm, whereafter he spent three years leading the private client services division of a large Auckland based law firm of which he was a partner.
Kevin is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Kevin’s international qualifications and years of experience provide him with an in depth understanding and ability to assist clients in the achievement of their goals, and with the ongoing management of their structures.
Kevin enjoys sailing and regularly heads-off on adventures in the Hauraki Gulf with his sons.
Angie Webb
Angie is a Trust Manager and is responsible for the day to day management and administration of Jones Law’s trust arrangements.
Angie has considerable legal and trust management experience.
Prior to joining Jones Law in 2008, Angie worked in the Contracts Team at Microsoft and prior to then she held a senior role in the legal team of a large corporate employing over a thousand people.
It is absolutely critical for trusts to be properly administered and for their administrative requirements to be dealt with religiously. Angie fulfils a vital role in ensuring compliance with these requirements.
Angie enjoys spending time with her family and also enjoys the New Zealand scenery – especially the beaches!
